Over more than 15 years in tourism, I have developed a strong ability to solve problems, identify opportunities, improve processes, and connect the right people, providers, and ideas at the right moment.
My experience has taken me through international Trip Leading, regional operations, supplier coordination, traveler care, itinerary support, finance and payment organization, team training, and field-based destination work. Along the way, I have created practical systems to make travel operations smoother, more organized, and better aligned with each company’s standards, requests, and internal processes.
I have trained and supported others in person, by phone, and virtually, helping teams, guides, Trip Leaders, and providers understand operational flow, traveler expectations, communication standards, and service details. I also enjoy working with new technologies, tools, and systems that make coordination clearer and travel work more efficient.
Sakbe Forge was created from this combination of field experience, operational thinking, and a genuine love for travel. The goal is to become a practical regional partner for companies looking to grow, explore, and build stronger travel experiences in Latin America by connecting the right dots along the way.
WHY TRAVEL MATTERS TO ME
Travel has always been more than movement from one place to another. For me, it is one of the strongest ways to meet people, understand culture, connect with history, and see how different and similar we all are.
It gives us the chance to lose ourselves and find ourselves in the same moment, to understand that there is more than one story in the world, and to create our own story through what we learn along the way.
After real travel, life rarely feels exactly the same. It opens curiosity, respect, growth, and the desire to keep exploring. That feeling is part of what makes this work meaningful to me.
